No one is watching your effort for work,just do work of your manager for are promoted for that.I have learned here how to manage manpower an dmaterial on site.Work culture in the organisation is average. The hardest paert in tge organisation is you will not get increment or aprisal.

They only need work

1) They have best infrastructure for employee but no employee can take it's advantage as no time for other activities in his life other than work. 2) They have card punching system on time but they do not leave their employee even after the 10 Hours.3) They have big & Multiple canteens but none of them are offering any benefit to employee.

Jio is a good company, good working culture, timely trainings

Jio is an big IT/ ISP provider, good working culture, timely latest technology trainings, but the salary issue with simple employees who work day and night so hard are paid so much less.
