Great place to work with few cons

Operations work is good here but lot of time getting wasted in meeting instead of doing something productive1. Salary - Average as per industry2. Leave - 15 days of annual leave and 12 sick leave with holidays3. Less working hours4. No cabs only shuttle from metro5. Office politics

Typical day during covid time ,Learned so much regarding vendor management,We have CIWG programs we could Learned lot of other sites resolving issues.Good coordinating work place and hardest part during building shifting employee personal belongings,and most enjoyable part is good support with colleagues and managers and sometimes we have refreshing time like outings etc.

In the first 1 year, I got good manager, very understanding and co operative but later manager was not understanding situation as he was based at Mumbai and scenario is different according to city and facility. they expect me to do 3 verticals together stating it's small office but sometimes not possible to meet TAT but no one will understand as you will report to 3 different people for 3 verticals.

What is the best part of working at the company?Onboarding process is very smooth and easy. The approach and retain policy is great. Employee is the first asset for the company which his very appreciable thing! JLL is very possessive about their employees. I have worked in this firm for 12 yrs From 2007 to 2020 . My experience at that time was very nice and all my seniors were very cooperative. Any time call given from site they will immediately come for help. I was very lucky to learn from them many thing which helped me in my career for growth.

Fun workplace if you have the right team

A fun workplace and everyone always helped you out if you needed one. Everyone looks out for each other. Since work at site is very engaging, you never know how fast time flies. Improved my people management skills 10X through daily interaction with teams and giving safety training to new hires and currently deployed members on a daily basis.
