Facilities provided at site is less compared to other large corporate in the construction business. Accomadation and food provided is also average. Office politics are there but not to much, good performance are rewarded

JMC PROJECTS INDIA LIMITED is a very good company for its employees. The duties were same as I had worked in Indian Army. Enjoyed with my duty very happily.

There is need some improvement

In this organization no job security and we can't seen management commitment towards ehs.Working hour should be decrease. No uniform documentatation at all site.

Excellent work environment

Typical day here is good, management is bothered about work and nothing else. Co workers are supportive and fun loving. Plenty opportunity to learn new things.
