The planning team is super and monthly review was there which really help a Project to identify the Business areas. Working hours is good. Clean environment of work. But production pressure was there. Easily accessibly to Management. Administratively good and approval system also very good. Nice monitoring of progress which really required for the organizations. Implementation of new system is appreciated by the company

Facilities provided at site is less compared to other large corporate in the construction business. Accomadation and food provided is also average. Office politics are there but not to much, good performance are rewarded
