There is no training department available for graduate Engineer trainees. Not given proper salary as committed. No proper response from the HR management side. Overall very bad experience.

JMC Projects( India) Ltd is one of the best organisation in the construction industry. They are the best & prompt pay masters. The continuous training programs being given to staffs members. The efficient staffs were being recognized & were given a chance for the elevation in their career path.

Not good enough organisation

Working environment is very worst, Staffs are not cooperating, organization politics is high. Sunday is also working day for first half. Transportation is not provided from guest house to project site. Relocation is done without taking any prior consent.

In JMC II have maintained cash book ,Sub-contractor ledger, supplier ledger performance report etc. But all systems are prepared manually and site administration is different. but staff facility is good.
