Some bosses are bad beyond explanation

Some of the old timer bosses are having immense inferiority complex. These people do not let their sub ordinqtws grow and as a result, no sense of belonging is created within the organization. The culture is more of oppressive and kind of extraction is happening. Good people can't stay long in this organization.

Management in JMC is quite supportive, which makes working enjoyable. I have worked for short tenure of only two years but it was difficult to take decision of quitting the organization.My job at JMC was relating to contracting the sub contractors as per requirement of job. JMC management believed in development of employees as per aptitude of candidate but before I would have been considered for field jobs I had to quit the job as I was married to an Engineer working at Sharjah.

During my tenure in JMC, i got an opportunity to understand the importance and significance of Document Control as well as the Contract Administration. One thing which company should take care is the retention of its employee and treating them as an Asset to them. There is no parity in Company compensation terms w.r.t Qualification, Experience of the candidate.
