The planning team is super and monthly review was there which really help a Project to identify the Business areas. Working hours is good. Clean environment of work. But production pressure was there. Easily accessibly to Management. Administratively good and approval system also very good. Nice monitoring of progress which really required for the organizations. Implementation of new system is appreciated by the company

The day starts with the quick 20 min brief meeting with area in-charges regarding last days work, today work & logistic coordination followed by daily planning & controls related works & site visits. Learned to identify the loose links which creates delays & cap those links. Had opportunity to work with some finest brains in Indian Construction Industry and learn from them. Hardest part is to bring behavioral change in the colleagues and made them believe the things are possible by changing the outlook towards it. The satisfaction derived after implementing the changes and achieving the targets with joint efforts of all colleague is the most enjoyable part.
