low salary but incentives on performance, the place to work for incentives not for a salary , because salary is not good enough to run a family. Good work environment.

Working environment not exiting as expected.

Working environment not exiting as expected. Salry structure is really bad. The lowest basic salary for the managers in the industry. No proper training given to sales executives.

Poor working experience...,no value for workers, improper salary package

Worst company.., don't value job security..They ask to leave job ...if we can't do whatever they support for workers from the company....worst company to work with

bustling and active working space with proper coordination

a typical day of work begins with a morning prayer and group exercise session by all the employees followed by a prayer. After dispersing from the morning activities the sales team are given the previous days performance reports and are prepped for the current days performance. The most enjoyable part of the job is going into the marketplace and collecting inquiries.

• Leading, managing and motivating a sales team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed targets. • Developing targeted telesales campaigns and working with telesales team to set up campaigns that promote the services on discounts and offers to existing and new customers. • Identifying sales prospects and contacts and other accounts as assigned. • Compiling sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of year and proactively addressing shortfall on targets due to be achieved. • Attending trade shows to exhibit Vehicles or conferences to keep abreast of the latest products and trends.

Easy and simple

I like to work in John's Honda because the management is so friendly and at the same time strictly I enjoyed very much.The co workers will support at the time of mistake and clear it explains about it how to do it properly.

Good ambiance to work

Pros Process driven system and job security is at par to private Indian companies Cons Top shots of management are aged leading to difficulty in acceptance for new ideas may be due to generation gap or insecurities! Advice to Management Allow young engineers to apply fresh ideas and support in execution along with sharing your precious experience.

Book keeping. Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries. Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts. Adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid. Analyzing and reconciling retain age and accounts payable ledgers.Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
