Stressful and no job security at all

No job security, will not pay last month salary or expenses and stressful and poor management. Egoistic senior and only option to follow them cause no one there to listen you.

Excellent working culture with learning

Working Allowances has to be restructured. Specially fixed allowence structure for HQ, Ex, Out station, Km fair, Mobile bill, Stationery, Vehicle maintenance, etc
