They are self-help. I said to him that sir i have 3 years experience of pizza hut as a guest relation but he said no matter how's you experience you will be start from beginning for four hours just four hours, And they paid four hours money that's it, Very disgusting. I will not recommended anyone for working there. They take extra time working vut didn't paid for that.
Manager - Digital Team in Delhi/NCR
Poorly managed company with lot of politics and no processes
The digital department is "under-construction" since 3 years and new CPO, CTOs hired recently. If you join this department, you are more likely to work 14-16 hours daily, sometimes on Saturday, Sunday too. Sometimes till 3 Am in the morning. You will work as a shadow resource to senior members of your team who are less competent and lack technical skills. There are huge attrition in this department and lot of technical, product, QA employee resigned every one year. Seniors keep giving more and more work, increase their paychecks and use you, and you feel like demoted.No process for appraisals, goalsetting, increments etc. When lot of people leave HR shares incentives to all employees to retain.Bad culture and poorly managed company with your seniors in control of everything.
Not a good environment for technician guy's.
No learning for technician guy's. the top management are not well support. The dicission given from top management was not at right time. They not provide any training modules for manager. No skill development activity for managers.
