Over all good

work balance is expected. Very good multi national company. You will gain knowledge from across all region of world. IT has good culture. Overall, depends on manager.

Fast paced, below average package.

Pros: cope up with industry changes. Fast paced, can learn new techs fast.Cons: package is low, something's are not streamlined. HR, IT infra, payroll helps etc are not that good.

Good if it's full time job

If any one join from Adecco india pvt.Ltd to juniper on contract basis I will not recommend it. JUNIPER never converts to full time.Very Bad working experience for me.
