While i joined Justdial personally i found it good because of learning and exposure wise. But later after some time when company CTO Sandipan left justdial, every single senior most people involved in Politics. and currently i'm working under a non technical guy which is very frustrating. We are the most recogonized team in justdial but right now due to dirty politics we are nothing. If something goes wrong they have to check higher level authorized people rather then junior employees.
Depends up on situation like 50000
Each employee as been set a target of 400 calls per day
15-25 calls usually in back end. More calls in IRO dept.
