What would you suggest JUSTDIAL management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • They Should motivate the employee and see to it that employee is been awarded or appreciated for the work done this motivates the employee to not to leave the organization.

  • Need to work on salary annexure and benefits

  • If something goes wrong then rather then firing junior Employees just find out why company is going in loss (because junior employee do that job which they have given by senior people). Either now or in future you have to check senior employees why they are not productive.

  • Focus of Employee Satisfaction
    Need to work technical which is the backbone for every company

    Focus on Services after Sales

    Dont enter the businesses without the survey and dont employ the candidate in any weak projects which results to ask to leave processs

  • If they have leave balance try to utilize them dont show leave balance for name sack
    if employee require leaves if he have leave balance try to arrange.
