Excellent work-life balance. It's a big organization that tries and puts its employee first. The organization was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the pandemic. It recognizes talent and also gives decent appraisals. My experience is based on the team that I worked in. People are very respectful, hardworking, and extremely professional in general. They try and support as far as possible. Shout out to my two managers, who helped me through some troubled patches.

Hr department is worst

Did not receive relieving letter. Incomplete pay. Training not adequate enough. The phone itself don't work properly. The hr staff is rude. Lot of attrition because of these reasons. The backend team doesn't work on time

In this company so many employers working so long. Even after 21 years you check my blood group it’s JD positive 😊.We achieved our target’s & management appreciate always.

Volume target demotivates us as because only no of conversion was priority. But we earn incentive on sales amount. Some of the new policy were given to make us busy and not to be productive as earlier. System issue was highly increasing man hours for the paid clients. Sundays were also meant to visit market and so it felt like everyday is working day. Their were many issues as I rejoined their after a long time. Policies were changed.
