How are the working hours at JW Marriott?

It's normal as compare to other companies
At night shift our working time is from 10:30 Pm to 9:00 am
Its good some time its more than 12 hours .
The shifts are rotational of 9 hrs, as a guest service associate in executive lounge we have 2 shifts bcoz the lounge get close at 1:00 a m the 1st shift is 7: 00 am to 4:00 pm and other is 4 :00 PM to 1:00 am .
