It is a renowned University of Andhra Pradesh. It is a good place to start for a fresher. But for experience holder, the growth scope is very less. Overall review If I will give then not a bad environment to work and but the hike is a major concern.

Good Ambience

Salary is paid on time. The ambience is excellent with lush greenery, clean water to drink and fresh air to breathe. Infrastructure is very good. Excellent buildings and sufficient number of class rooms with projectors.

1) Interview by internal faculty. They want to save money and take whoever comes for a lower salary 2) No job security. Employment on contract basis. If u want to leave u can leave only on april 30(and remain jobless for 2 months since nobody will giv job at that time )that too after giving prior notice.
