Good Ambience

Associate Professor (Current Employee) - Guntur, Andhra Pradesh - January 27, 2020

Salary is paid on time. The ambience is excellent with lush greenery, clean water to drink and fresh air to breathe. Infrastructure is very good. Excellent buildings and sufficient number of class rooms with projectors.

1) Interview by internal faculty. They want to save money and take whoever comes for a lower salary 2) No job security. Employment on contract basis. If u want to leave u can leave only on april 30(and remain jobless for 2 months since nobody will giv job at that time )that too after giving prior notice. But they can terminate u anytime without notice 3) Only one monthleave per leave per

The Management is diplomatic.But they stress more on Paper work and meetings. Colleagues are good. Student quality is also good.Nice place to work and at the end of the day we will have Job satisfaction.
