This K L University is the worst university which does not have minimum ethics. They will say a caption "Our Faculty is Our Strength", but they will treat faculty as cheaper than the daily wage workers. They wont have minimum respect on faculty. Most of the higher authorities has fake degrees, and they will make policies for their comfort. Management also support them by forcing the faculty to resign within a month by stating the performance is not up to the mark. The list of faculty showing in the website is not actual. 70% of the faculty are not available in the university.

Pros

As you will spare most of the time with your assigned work, you will surely get devorced.

Cons

You would me marked as a Poor performer.

Good Ambience

Salary is paid on time. The ambience is excellent with lush greenery, clean water to drink and fresh air to breathe. Infrastructure is very good. Excellent buildings and sufficient number of class rooms with projectors.

Worst

1) Interview by internal faculty. They want to save money and take whoever comes for a lower salary 2) No job security. Employment on contract basis. If u want to leave u can leave only on april 30(and remain jobless for 2 months since nobody will giv job at that time )that too after giving prior notice. But they can terminate u anytime without notice 3) Only one monthleave per leave per
