Great first high school job.

It's fast food. It's a job. Management worked with my schedule. Gave me as many hours as I wanted/could handle. Would have loved for me to work more, but school first.

What is the best part of working at the company?The customers & employees. The team at KFC was great and I would more then likely would go back if possible. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I don't believe there was anything stressful about the job. Customers are always great, nice to always see our regulars and also new faces. And to make them smile, cause we are feeding them. Food makes people happy.

Poor management

Great Culture, Horrible expectations

KFC team culture is great, but prepared to be expected to do more than you are paid for. Managers are easy to talk to but micromanaging is expected. Understaffing is always an issue. Benefits are great though.

Lots of pressure, low pay, late hours, never bored

work was understaffed and always busy even at our location which was one of the most successful in the area. Learned how to do the job of 2 people. Never compensated for my work besides a bump up that everyone got. They do not promote workers listed as part time.

Decent first job

Awful place to work

KFC (Sprotbrough) manager only nice to you when they want something. Managers are extremely rude. Cancel shifts 5 minutes before your supposed to start. Don't support you in any way. Do not work here!
