Good place for learning and growth

Good working experience in KFC. They are working based on KFC standards and have good infrastructure to maintain the standards. Human resource and training department was good in helping candidates to grow.

Work culture is good ...but lacking in qualified manager ..training is provided but follow up of that trainings is slow . Promotion should be done according to the experience and knowledge not on the bases of personal attachment

I joined as a management trainee with KFC on 01/07/2019.they allotted me a training store,so as to get a hands on practice of the daily operations.i got to work in various shifts and learn about various processes such as cash management, inventory,oil management,food wastage control, ordering of goods, receiving and storage of the same.

Today whatever I have learnt, be it handling team, store, p&l it is all because of KFC. It is a place where work never ends and place where your knowledge is not enough. We can just keep on learning and learning good things about customers, about business, about hygiene and sanitation and how important it is to maintain the brand for same. I will always recommend for anyone to join the team and learn as much as you can and utilize this time for good.
