It's fun working here but when it comes to responsibilities my personal experience is they put way to much than you actually carry it.

My only tip is to improve the quality work from employee is by maintaining good management in team. Give one responsibility to a person at a time do not give work over the time period. It's stressful to complete soo many task at a time.

Productive but stressful working place

Experience in Kanalytics is amazing , I have learnt alot from Kanalytics within 8 months , but these experience isn't valuable in market , for those who want to get in to media this is not a right place to grow , yes but it would help you to gain your ability of knowledge and market knowledge , But if you are seeking for a long term opportunity and experience then don't go for this you'll regret ....

Easy
