Low morale type of Call center. It was just okay place to work

A typical day at work was to answer calls and enter data and submit warranty work orders and follow up with the customers awaiting their repairs or replacements. Their wasn't much of a team together environment you were just on your own and management was barely available even when needed to take escalated situations and this was probably the hardest part of the job. The most enjoyable part was knowing that this company did offer benefits such as health and 401k.
