Wirdt wirk culture ever

There is no transparency the work culture is the worst no appreciation and no job security and management is not very transparent and also supporter to anyone lot of favouriteism

Good company for beginners

Good company for beginners but very minimum salary for experienced person. Worst HR team with fake commitments. Money minded Management won't care about employees request and needs

Secured place to work in kgisl. Especially for girls. Nice environment. Need to improve work culture. We can able to learn whole process. It's one of the very good advantage.

Good for Freshers.

Good for Freshers to gain experience and move on and for native peoples. Will not be able to gain knowledge or show progress after you gain enough experience. Just Move on to some other good company.

work culture

i am working very secured and fun working atmosphere. since last 2 years is salary high is very low and minimum work schedule. our senior officers and my team members are very nice.

Good Company

The company is Technology oriented gives more importance to new things to be implemented. Facility department maintains the cleanliness environment and it is a 24/7 working company.

learning

I have learned a lot in kgisl. I like the infrastructure and work culture. Enjoyable part is fun activities and employee connect. Disadvantages is salary and traveling, they are forcing to travel asap to client place even if i say my family situations.

Good Company.

More like a school. Very strict in breaks. No free meal. Not even tea or. Coffee. Everything employee needs to pay. Not much perks. Very bad pay masters in industries.

Call center

Kgisl BSS is not paying the salary they quoted during interviews. They said take home salary is 18k but I received only 8.5k. Target orientated work. Only when you complete the target and have good percentage , you can get like 16k... but it's not too easy to achieve the target. Full of night shifts and no any special allowances for night shifts...they provide cab but no food. I had very bad experience

Good place to groom our self. I joined here as an fresher and I got some good career opportunities to groom myself. Its a excellent work place to get more knowledge in process wise.

Barley some work culture

Purely company needs to learn a lot and need to emerge itself in a very big manner where it has to go through the people and understand the current market, where coming to the management some things are good few managers are excellent but internal politics matters especially with the language influence.

Worst of your Dreams

1. Working HOURS are 9.5 hrs. 8:30 AM to 6 PM. 2.The HR does not have any knowledge about the Company policies. 3. HR promised that accommodation will be provided for onsite, however they provide only for 15 days in India. 4. Per Diem is a joke. 5. Everything happens verbally, project delivery team does not have any knowledge about the projects. You yourself will have to investigate to get the info on the project you will be working. 6. If you are late by 3 mins, you will get an email asking for justification. 7. Even if your performance is good, they will not release the confirmation letter untill 10 months to 1 year. 8. Your sick leaves 1.5/month will expire every month. That means, if you are sick for more 1.5 days in a month. Then you will have to apply your earned leaves. 9. People who lick management boots will be given opportunity to travel outside India. 10. They DON'T have sufficient OFFICE space at BANGALORE to accommodate everyone, so they will put everyone in Coimbatore in the name of training.

Worst Company

Kgisl is a CMM 4 level company. 1. Very rude behavior from admin 2. Salary date is 7th 3. After joined need to write ur BEC examination and you have to bring your paper and pen extra. (BEC Certificate is Mandatory to all for appraisal) 4. You won't get right onsite opportunities 5. Only Boot licker persons can get out side India onsite opportunities (Fresher can, Experienced can't). 6. Community based opportunities and salary hike (Community certificate is mandatory for joining) 7. Inside India onsite work people won't get accommodation, Need to spend your pocket money for accommodation as per their new per-diem policy, eye wash per diem 8. School culture 9. Salary and On-site opportunity assurance are not true. 10. Salary not provided as they told in interview. 11. PF accounts are transferred 12. Releaving order and Experience certificates will not be provided if you resigned with in one year. 13. RPA management is not good 14. RPA project resource mapping is not good. 15. No encourage and No Enjoyment. 16. No good technical knowledge. 17. Improper management 18. No flexible working hours 19. 8:30 AM to 6:00 pm. mandatory attendance Experienced persons please don't prefer this company even in your dream.

A fresher can learn a lot there but it's bad for everyone else The weather there is the best An employee has to sign a contract for 24 months Not a good work environment

Fun place to work

Fun place to work and good support. Learned about sales as my background was not sales. Worked place culture is very relaxed and fun. Hardest the part of the job is working in night shift and the most enjoyable part is the job itself.
