What is the best part of working at the company?It is the pioneer in the field of pre-schools. I have enriched myself with the growth of the company. My managers have been excellent in planning and execution of various methods in academics. In all it is a unique experience to work with this brand.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The retention part is a bit stressful as the high schools are now providing the preschool section also. The high schools now provide lot of difficulties during the time of admission. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Varies from one Centre to another but mine was very harmonious.

Its ok place to get some experience

Preschool is supposed to be a fun place for kids to learn. Most important asset for Preschool are good teachers and once you get them it is important to treasure them. Inspite of parents being absolutely happy with teachers and kids having a great learning time in school there are stringent and unnecessary rules for teachers like compulsory timings, Saturday working and pay is very veylry less. I wonder how preschools in bangalore will attract good teachers when they give nothing in return fir good work.

It's fun place to work. You learn lot of things here. The curriculum is designed with great attention. It is best for students. The extra curricular activities are also very good.

Fun workplace

Most of the time I enjoy a lot @ kidzee but some time it feels now done. Let's move ahead learn smthng more. It has been great experience while wrkng in kidzee. Gr8 preschool for tiny tonts.

Very good...the culture is diverse and a good place to learn.. you get many new opportunities to explore within the school and is employee friendly..have enjoyed my stay..salary is as per what any other Preschool teacher will get

Kidzee hbr layout bangalore, it was 1 of the worst school and experience i ever had, what they promise they never do it.. no job security no fun way of learning

Fun, learning environment

I love to work with children, especially playing, coloring, making paper crafts like boat,. Helping kids to identify their belonging like their lunch box, shoes, bags and also put them back in its place in the class environment.

Amazing Company

I had the best collaborative team at Kidzee. The staff was friendly and well-mannered. The management was very supportive. My typical day at work was to engage with the clients and the management and to maintain the good relation with the companies that provided the employment opportunities to the students from our centre.
