I have had a positive experience and am grateful for the opportunities and support provided to me during this time. One thing that stands out to me about Koenig is the emphasis on work-life balance. The company understands that its employees are its greatest asset and goes out of its way to ensure that we have the support we need to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

A typical day at work would involve going to the site and visiting the client if further clarifications were needed, emails to corporates to explain about the courses, handle enquiries about the courses .i learnt how to handle enquiries, how to plan out schedules and make adjustments for clients.The work culture was very co-operative and friendly.The hardest part of the job was making adjustments for the client. The enjoyable part of the job was delivering the required course to the client.

There is no job security. The HR Manager and Operation Manager is the same person. You can make out there is no one to reach out if you've any issues with the operations. Illogical management. A bunch of shoe lickers. You can be thrown out any minute if you do not agree with them or if you have a different mindset, no matters how good you're number/data wise.
