Nice company to work for. There are lot of new things to learn everyday. Salary also decent but you cannot expect more. Work life balance is very good here

Good Company to work with

Promotion is slow. Incentives were good till last year but this year incentive parameters are tough to achieve. Sometimes feels like biased behaviour from Management.

Good company to work for people beyond 40's & women employees

On Safety:- KONE as an organization enforces paramount importance on physical and psychological safety. On KONE's Culture:- Like the Finnish society, the culture in the organization is also not overly formal & hierarchical. This egalitarian mindset also takes care of the diversity & inclusiveness at the office.
