Very bad experience with the manager..He make us work till late nites when ever we have login..Never suggest anyone to work for kotak life ..u don’t gain any knowledge..inspire of earning knowledge u loose your dignified work culture

Its a sales based company.so each day have a different customers and different experience which improvies my knowledge about customer support.and the job teaches a patient work procedure to achieves a targets.

Good working environment but a little laid back.

Overall working environment is the best you will find in BFSI sector in India, but the salary is below average and things are quite laid back. They take their own sweet time.
