Very complicated
Previously it was great work place and now this organisation is not even thinking about their employees.. HR policies are too bad and we will not get any response..Salary structure is too bad .. They will not pay that much as they committed..Timings were not there and no security for women's.. Also they will call us on holidays .. there is no time for personal life..

Having fun at work has multiple benefits.
Nyc to work with people and getting experience of corporate world.Also stressful but it challenges you to know your patience level.Getting a good team leader is much important but anyhow it's on fate.My experience in this field has actually made me realise how to take up responsibilities, and how to be more professional, confident and communicative.But as I don't have real interest in insurance sector ever I ended up with my contract and now looking into different field.

Salary is not satisfied as per work
Kotak Mahindra bank need to give much for facility to it's employees as it is one of the reputed bank in India....so I kindly request management to provide some bonus,cab facility and also work from home during covid-19

Good woking experience, and job security is there but internal apriasal is very bad, they are not considering internal staff salary hike.
Internal job posting is good option.
