In a way it's much better than other Pvt Banks where the workload is lot. But the management here is slow on taking decisions which sometimes might become annoying

Unproductive for employees below Team Leader position

The growth is very slow or no growth Tremondous pressure in voice TL and above TL level employees that is management least care about employees growth espcially employees below TL level Never recommend for voice process Such bad experience

Typically banking process Daily routine of Target sales , different product based sales revenue generation, client servicing, portfolio development. Over all good decent environment but most target pressure.

Well employee had to run whole day to reach the heavy target given.... It feels like we are race horses.For name it is a bank, but in urban areas it works only & only for insurance & third party products
