This organisation is the best organisation in my carrier. our Team wtih co ordinate of credit manager. The job environment of kotak is like we working with friends not sir, or something like that.

Whether you are in M1, M2 or M3 Grade you have equal salary as well as equal Job Responsibility. apart from it HR never Contact you one after your joining in Company. no major role involve even when you exit from Company.

Effectively playing CLUSTER WORK FLOW CORDINATORE Role (Collecting Cluster Data For speedy insurance) Handling the queries/complaints/Requests of walk in customers as well as on phone & following up for the same with respective department & managers. Resolving issues effectively. A day full of taking reporting from team members, updates on previous days performance,preparing daily MIS and reports. Hardest was the long working hours / A good working environment. Achieving daily targets was most challenging but had always been on the top pan india as an individual in the profile and as a team leader also.
