good place to work if your salary is good .you have job security but working hours are long so difficult to manage personal professional life.recommended to experienced staff
BAD culture with bad management
No one understand your problem some of employee harras there junior employee but if we raise this problem with senior management then not solve and take action against him, also for sales employee they didn't provide monthly incentive.
So my experience was very bad with this company

Kotak has a lot of opportunities and is growing fast. However, it is important to be in the right team to experience the same. The work culture is better than other banks.
The work culture of Kotak Mahindra Bank was very pleasant and had a mix of people. I was working with HR managers who were handling the North-Eastern part of India. I interacted with the employees and successfully made my project. The 1 month of internship was very interesting and i gained a lot of knowledge.
Good brand name to work and quick learning process is followed very large bank.
Policies and processes driven organization strictly adhere to management policies.
kotak is a nice place tobwork giving you full freedom
good environment , decision making , healthy competition with peers , recognitions etc
kotak is known for long term relationship with employees and highly compliance oriented . good at rewarding right talent etc

Too much of bootlicking and this is performance factor not your work
very nice management as employee favored along with the excellent working culture. Top management was approachable about any subject matters. Line manager/supervisors are supported and gave the guidance how to handle the work activities.

As an intern in bank there are not many things that can be done by you but the manager and staff members tried to incorporate me as much as they could. They also provided me an insight of the banking work.
Culture is not good, if u are master in politics you can survive otherwise you have to leave,
Bank is good to work safe for women.

Environment is very threatening and governed by the whims of people working since the start. HR is also not bothered to listen to the complaints. People are threatened very often and the system is very slow and not very technologically advanced. Hand holding is not a practice
It was very good to work with people of different culture and help others who are in need/
