Typically banking process Daily routine of Target sales , different product based sales revenue generation, client servicing, portfolio development. Over all good decent environment but most target pressure.
The growth is very slow or no growth Tremondous pressure in voice TL and above TL level employees that is management least care about employees growth espcially employees below TL level Never recommend for voice process Such bad experience
Well employee had to run whole day to reach the heavy target given.... It feels like we are race horses.For name it is a bank, but in urban areas it works only & only for insurance & third party products

Huge pressure only main focus is on insurance bank is no more a bank it’s an insurance company. No respect no work life balance worst hr policy. Don’t spoil your future by joining Kotak bank

Awesome experience .I cannot forgot my last day . Communication skills – speaking/familiarizing yourself with the spoken and written language and non-verbal behaviors (i.e., body language). You likely relied upon your instincts and intuition in communicating with others, thus increasing your interpersonal communication and cultural/global awareness.
Good work environment. Good People to work with. Work life balance. Good learning experience from experienced management. Very good culture. Events, outings with teams.
Uncultured staff poor management . No language etiquette. Racism personal comments .bad language .Incompetent poor HR rules.No work life balance pathetic

It was the platform where we can work and enhance our financial term. Thus is the management vertical with having life,general insurance. All bankers have to deal with this vertical because this is the product which give reliable .
We had a good learning opputunity the managers were quite suppoertive and made me comfortable enough to work well there the company had a good job security and good natured people.
