As the BANK has huge number of employees, they have good Corporate Culture and HR Policies, however the work culture do differ from Team to team and product to Product, Overall nice experience.
Kotak is a fine place for any individual to work if he or she needs a work life balance with good salary. Achieving targets is a little difficult but if you are a good sales person then it will be a walk in the park for you .
Company is excellent policy code of conduct should required some more flexible so that employee can work efficiently.........In commercial vehicle refinance dept very difficult to work because policy is very hard .Unable to work........
Huge differnce between gross & net salary..u can be called for meeting at 8pm night & 9 am morning & thats daily scjedule. The working culture truly sucks.
Daily targets are given.
Con-calls 4 time a day.
Hourly business updates.
Products are not competitive.
Hardcore and forced sales.
No support from product team, they also lack knowledge.
Incentive structure is not good
If you want to work with KMBL . Don't think twice because working environment is good but you have to be focus oriented . Standard of performance is the basic fundamental in this organisation which you have tobe minutely focus and this is the only this which will help you in your career path in Kotak .
Awesome bank working with them is like being with your own family they have good process for onboarding and they take better care for their employees HR are connected with the employees

Competitive environment and yeah little bit pressure is also there but i get to learn so many thing and my manager i also supportive and help me how to work in bank

Good working environment no problem for leave even sales person working five days in a week but salary is very poor comparision to other banks Delay in all work also influence the working not do any work in time

here the top management is not at all good. they are in same roles since ages so they dont welcome freshers on a positive note. unrealistic targets, no work life balance.HR system is dummy and not a single reason why you should join this company
