Management was good but way of work and culture was very bad, i have never seen this type of culture any where i worked before. i have not learned anything new which will be helpful for me in my future, i have felt myself very guilty to work like this culture. i just wanted to say that never go for sales department for the post of AAM, if you want to go for operations department then you can join Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Day starts with a typical hard day I learnt work with my team members (Team work) Management was good Working culture was good with pressure Hardest part was to take calls from some customers who abuses over phone. Tea breaks was good time with fellow team

It is also a good mutual fund house with a good work culture. work life balance is also very well just because of a good management.
around 30 days 26 days work,I learned from here what is marketing and what is B2B(business t5o business ) channel business and how to deals with business to business work. The management was good . Our co workers are very helpfull for me in this company because i am fresher they are carefully handling me untill daily of my work finished. hardest part of the job is deals with customer. And enjoyable part of the job also same which means deals with customer.

as I joined the company i earned as well as i learned from my senior about the system, management always make delay in our work, but this thing make me strong and keep me optimistic about the work to be done, my co-workers like are as good friends, help me to get out of stress, the hardest part of my job is when customer is ask for payment which is approved but not delivered to dealer it is really critical to handle the situation when there no fault by me. The most enjoyable part i didn’t see till now but salary gives me some satisfaction.
