Very competitive colleague and less supportive management teams. Have to work on holidays as well. Did not get enough leaves. Sometimes loss of pay even if you have leaves left.

I have employees for kotak Mahindra Bank for RPC department, but I am not to assume that bank sector is perfect, kotak bank culture is very bed and not help full for people.
Bank is holiday is open but after that you are leave on that day.

Nyc to work with people and getting experience of corporate world.Also stressful but it challenges you to know your patience level.Getting a good team leader is much important but anyhow it's on fate.My experience in this field has actually made me realise how to take up responsibilities, and how to be more professional, confident and communicative.But as I don't have real interest in insurance sector ever I ended up with my contract and now looking into different field.

Bad work culture there is lot of politics done by office staff. They always look for own benefit at any cost. They never thought before hurt anyone for there own profit.
Supportive management Competition is always high every Moves You will enjoy here So I was joined for a year as M2 level where every day is new learning for me Thanks the Well Manager and Management team 👍👍👍

Kotak is a good bank about process and compliance and but working culture and growth very slow. Incentives structure is also not good that's the reason Incentive employee not feel comfortable to doing sales and stressful job.
Uncultured staff poor management . No language etiquette. Racism personal comments .bad language .Incompetent poor HR rules.No work life balance pathetic
