Though my stint at Kotak was very short, it was a lifetime of an experience. Very approachable management and supportive colleagues. Would love to be associated with kotak Mahindra Bank if given an opportunity again

It is good working with kotak mahindra bank. But salary is not that much high. Growth chances are also Less. But work life balance is excellent. Those who want a long career can chose kotak.
