Good work life balance, learning opportunities. It's been years but it was the happiest and most memorable time of my life working there. The foundational skills that I learned and applied during my time there I still use today.

I was not quite happy regarding the package, upon that to become a manager i should have a CA degree ,where i cant grow based on my experience or by skills so i was very disappointed by this rule, so i made up my mind to move to some other firm which give more importance to performance rather than a degree.
A typical day at work includes being involved and taking charge of your audit assignment. You have to always guide your juniors and effectively manage them at workplace while taking note of instructions of your manager. Doing work within defined deadlines is always stressed upon. You also find time to groove your technical and soft skills along with the job. However, you often find it difficult to strike work-life balance.
loads of improvement required to be considered a big four title - Tax Return Compliance operational excellence,lacks effectiveness in preparation,review and overall communication with the end client. Visionary Leadership required who could run the Tax Business with effective profits and revenues for the firm. Growth and training required for tax prprofessionals to.keep up wi th the chanigng business tax trends Growth
All have only worst experiences. No one can stay here for long. You jus have to work even though ur not well. U cant take leave wen u really want instead it should be taken when they don't have work. So personal cannot be concentrated at allll.

Heavy work less salary employee get frustrated when some feedback received from the clients..and that feedbacks consider for appraisal time..if more than 3 improvemental feedbacks received from the clients..that person's will going to put in PIP mode..it means that person's will be fired..very bad procedures following KPMG management at the location RMZ ecoworld.
