It will be a good place for you, if you know and love audit. I would recommend joining after a few years of experiences. Management is really inflexible, you cannot change teams if you are not comfortable with your team, because everything is randomly picked and you are forced to work within the teams they have picked. You are at the mercy of your aligned senior, so pray that you get someone good and unnderstanding.
From learning perspective there are are ample opportunities. Only hard working people can survive in the company. Management is good , always available to listen to your needs.

Nice place to work with loads of learning experiences. This is a great brand that really helps you in developing as a professional. A typical day at work here may be more dependent on your assigned project and core area but it is more of a strategic work mostly which requires high team collaborations and applying your critical thinking skills.
It is a great place to build your career with in the start . Very good work culture.too many curriculum activities goes on which will develop your confidence and interpersonal skills .
If your aim is to work hard and learn lots and move ahead in your career in proportion to the amount of effort you put in this is the place for you. The leaders have great experience in their fields, partners are approachable and learning curve is steep.
The company’s work-life balance is to be appreciated. Among the Big 4, KPMG is the only one having a better work-life balance. Only issue is career growth and compensation which is not according to industry standards, if you’re not part of the business team, you’re compensation falls on the lower end of the spectrum
great place to work KPMG global services in India. The system is pretty transparent . The seniors are approachable which makes it a very comfortable place to work.
