Great culture, great co workers. Management does nothing for your growth Worked at KPMG India Company takes care of its employees well But you can only grow if you are buddies with top level management
There is work life balance as compare to the other big 3 in the markets. It has average salary take home as compared to other big 3. The work culture is cool enough for the fresher to start his or her career. In a long run he/she can gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and achieve a great designation in the organisation.
1. Instead of value addition for the client, focus was on presentation, formatting and other less important stuffs
Due to this, the creativity and out-of-box thinking of the staff gets sidelined and over the period, lost. Demotivating environment
2. Stressed managers n staff
3. Less learning compared to non-big4 organisations
4. Understaff - leading to excess workload on existing staff
As an employee, I loved KPMG! The management is super excellent! You feel home. The only part is you are always loaded, and the firm demands continuous work no matter what is happening in your life. The pressure is immense, but when the time passes, you will feel the learning you had, and there is always a feeling of achievement! Super cooperative people. I sometimes miss KPMG!
Good Corporate culture. Need to improve compensation plans. Implement more audit training frequently to update employees knowledge. Providing corporate exposure in our future career growth.
Pros
Working Environmnt
Cons
Long Hours with Low Salary
International outlook. Tremendous scope of growth. Work place culture is congenial to personal and professional growth. Co workers are helpful and friendly.
The work pressure/stress is definitely present but the extent depends on the team you work with. As some teams are extremely busy while some are not that stressful. It's a best place for competitive individuals and for those who are willing to learn.
KPMG is a very nice workplace with optimum work-life balance and employee centric values.
If you are in a good team the management is pretty supportive, however the salary benefits are a bit lower than the other Big4 firms.
It adds brand value to your name. However, management should focus more of career development of their employees. But you also get variety of projects to work at.
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!

I had a very good experience working at KPMG GDC, considering this was my first job. The work environment was very positive and highly motivating. The initial training provided was very useful to build a successful start. Along with work, a lot of fun activities were organized for the employees.
KPMG has given me an opportunity to learn a lot of things. There is a lot of support within the organization. However, the work pressure is huge. The company respects all employees as individuals.
A typical day at work involves talking to various clients, updating the progress status with the partner and having few mugs of coffee. The exciting work culture and amazing team weeds out the stress from the system and makes work place a fun place.
