I worked for more than two decades there under German MDs. It was different then compared to now. You have a Marwari ( Jain ) MD now so the culture has obviously changed.

Only mondays are bit busy schedule. i learned many things like time managemnet,how to interact with people,new system learning and product knowledge. management is good and good experience. workplace culture is also good and healthy environment to work. there is no as such the hard part if you are dedicated towards your work Most enjoyable part of the job is that you can work and relax at the same time no pressure from anyone...only one thing is important is that "Work with perfection".

My time at KSB pumps was really great. I got to learn a lot from my seniors and the work culture is really amazing. My manger had a very clear picture of the work to be done and would break down into simple steps for me to complete and guide me wherever I used to get stuck.

A good company for initial entrant ,good product, a multinational culture, but people ability and its assessment had a difference. Many time sales force was given good assessment while supporting force were rated less ,it should have on par.
