Hi, I have placed in L&T WET Department, I have completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering. Fresher from College. Kindly tell me...what post they do give for me after one year Training? And Do i get Work in Bangalore or Outstations in India? Does this WET dept. have Scope for Civil Employees in future? Is it Possible to Settle in this Company for 10-15 Years or more?

If you complete diploma, you will be post as drafts person in Design else as Site Engineer. There is no design office in Bangalore.

I am selected as a fresher in L&T and I am told that there is a training period of one year and after that the compensation will prove, so i want to ask that after the training period is there a job security after the training period or there will a another selection process after training period?
