Unrealistic targets, Worst working culture, no growth, Don't value our work, Never try to retain employees when resigned, Hectic timings, Can tranfer anybody at any time to any part of India.

Workpressure is more on top of that 6 days office is hectic. Management is very strict no proper hikes and salary is very less compared to other companies

Bad work culture, no family life. Poor ratings system, in sake of balcarry system. Very much partiality between South Indians and North Indians. RATTINGS are only finalize on grip at HQ. Different work instruction given at all levels i.e. PM LEVEL, NS LEVEL, DH LEVEL AND TOP MANAGEMENT. NO VALUE OF OTHER SUPPORTINGS DEPARTMENTS i.e. Quality, safety, Accounts Admin etc. These departments only got remaining. Rattings. Mail respond culture is also not there.

Long hours, no family life, very few holidays only 7 yearly. Very hard to take your own PL. POOR RATTINGS SYSTEM.

Good place to learn for freshers, you will involve in Indian projects which gives you good experience, overall good. But as a designer they give only one location to select i.e Chennai which is not good for as this vary person to person there family matters

Working in such a big organization is a big deal for me. This organization has given me a lot so far and will continue to give. Such as self development. And the organization's culture, facility and policy are very heavy. As we hear that l&t is number one company in the world then it is true because employees facalities and policies. But I want to work in my own native place. Organization should think about that.
