Hectic workplace, expect more from us even after hard working

Unrealistic targets, Worst working culture, no growth, Don't value our work, Never try to retain employees when resigned, Hectic timings, Can tranfer anybody at any time to any part of India.

This company is very good training and good faceltes and this give a free training . free uniform .free food and accommodation I really really suggest to all ITI &diploma passed out in mechanical and civil trade students go for L&T csti training

Management implementations is worst. Management will torture you with the name of rating. You need to do day night with full effort but they will not support you, they support sub contractors. L&T Culture gives you heavy mental pressure.

In this company you can ger Learning & Training that is called L&T Construction. Working culture is well, salary on time, family of bachelor accomadation provided by company.As a big disadvantage is that no any respect in this company of educated and professionals like that they think everyone like a fresher or labour. no education matter what qualification and how many years of experience.Promotion and rating only giving for oiling people and that are fixed internally. What you working thats doesn't matter and i recommand that to come and join for two to three year not for long life.

No promotion, GETs can get that only, No increment no self respect

Good but sad.

Salary on time, 28th of every month. Accomodation and mess facility provided. Construction life is difficult with 12hrs shift and 6 to 7 days week. No benefit for staff for holiday duty. Evaluation process needs improvement and reward scheme is so biased. Welfare system not upto the mark - as site Engineer, one may have to walk 5 - 10 Km per day due to lack of conveyance.

Working culture is good but only the timing of work is more. U need to work on alternative Sunday's also. So it's very difficult to manage our life styles.

For me company is good and the thing is that management has no proper review system over employees. senior person's rating/ review is accepted as subordinates strength or weakness by management and he will be rewarded keeping those review for your entire life span. So, more than a work, pretention in front of seniors and faithfulness to them works much more beneficial to employees. Those who works hard and least bother about favorism will be treated as underdog. A guy like me just moved out and found a suitable job (better one) in other organisation. In my sense, if you are technically strong, then no one can grab your success. Ultimately, i did not lost anything. I got more salary than previous. But, here the loser is the company, which failed to identify my talent.

Pros

snacks and vehicle pick and drop service only if you are working late night.

Cons

shall be much much more obedient to the project heads, doing their personal service can do better in your career

I experienced how actually a manufacturing industry works. Learnt: How to work under pressure. Time management, benefits of process chart/SOP, BOM's, Fabrication. Quality control/ Quality Assurance. Hardest part was to traveling to the work place. Best part was for three weeks I was working in assembly work station department where the excavators, compactors were assembled. Work culture was awesome.
