A great place to learn. A very good starting point for a Civil Engineer of diploma holder. Pros: 1. Great salary/benefits 2. Great level of work freedom 3. Lots of space for improvement and advancement Cons: 1. Worst work/life balance 2. A clear hierarchical advantage for a Civil Engineer over Mechanical Engineer. Civil Engineer more probable to become a Project Manager faster.

L&T is a great Place as a learning platform, but the culture was not so conducive for my personal family Life. I at times became very annoyed with the working style of my counterparts, who always tried to play poltics, whihc is not at all a great sign of a good team.
