System of working in L&T is same in all work sites. Extract the required output from the contractor is main thing to achieve the planned daily progress of work.You have to be very much careful with the client and necessary action to be taken immediately to satisfy them whenever they notice any discrepancy / deviation in the program of work in weekly meetings.You should know about the targets and act accordingly.Check your monthly budget to be achieved and find out how much is achieved daily progress and manage the activities .Be polite with the superiors and colleagues and do your job sincerely.L&T is a great company to work and by doing hard work, we can get the promotion and earn good money.....

Heavy load + long hours

Extremely heavy work load for long hours and less chances of expertise (eg civil, mech) once in wrong field. Sunday first half work little frequent. 12 hr daily work plus most probably more 12 + hrs.

Great Place to Intern

Interned at the L&T many years ago. Great and supportive colleagues. Met many talented and friendly people. The working hours were great, as normally everyone left for home before 6PM. Great company to intern in.

L&t construction is good to payment on time.

L&t is good for degree & diploma holders,they will get good salary bonus convenience.l&t construction have two mode permanent staff & third party staff.Third party staff don't get convenience like permanent staff .only get salary 8 hours instead working 12hours.
