good for initial learning, but full of politics and biased company. only managers gets recognized ,they will take all the credit, good design engineers suffers because of bad management and too much hierarchy. biased organization based on caste, creed, states.

In this company you can ger Learning & Training that is called L&T Construction. Working culture is well, salary on time, family of bachelor accomadation provided by company.As a big disadvantage is that no any respect in this company of educated and professionals like that they think everyone like a fresher or labour. no education matter what qualification and how many years of experience.Promotion and rating only giving for oiling people and that are fixed internally. What you working thats doesn't matter and i recommand that to come and join for two to three year not for long life.

No promotion, GETs can get that only, No increment no self respect

For me company is good and the thing is that management has no proper review system over employees. senior person's rating/ review is accepted as subordinates strength or weakness by management and he will be rewarded keeping those review for your entire life span. So, more than a work, pretention in front of seniors and faithfulness to them works much more beneficial to employees. Those who works hard and least bother about favorism will be treated as underdog. A guy like me just moved out and found a suitable job (better one) in other organisation. In my sense, if you are technically strong, then no one can grab your success. Ultimately, i did not lost anything. I got more salary than previous. But, here the loser is the company, which failed to identify my talent.

Pros

snacks and vehicle pick and drop service only if you are working late night.

Cons

shall be much much more obedient to the project heads, doing their personal service can do better in your career

Stressful life, politics, low salary and transferable job

after retirement, people will take extension per extension and stay upto 62-65 years. yearly salary increase will be 1000rs-1500rs per month max. you are expected to work for 12hours a day. and after home, (hardly 2% of CTC) you are obliged to respond to emails and phone calls. Regional politics and everyone likes YES MAN /flattering/ hardworking without smart work. every 2-3 years, there will be transfer. Management will ensure you never get settled at one place. HR is busy in getting award and publicity, no real care for employee. Notice period is 3 months- non negotiable.

Extremely stressful

No matter how much you work, it is finally office politics that will decide your fate. Less stress on work, more stress on Yes Sir' attitude. Will get ample scope to learn, with which you have to build your career elsewhere. However, with complete submissive attitude and without much output, one can rise.

A good place to work for bachelors/forced bachelors

L&T is a good company. Good with salary and benefits. However, not ideal for a person with family. There is a huge gap between family life and professional life. If you have been performing well in the organisation, you will get a good hike and appreciation. Management is supportive.
