Great Place to Work

Overall Good Company but approval of work order is so lengthy, Salary credited on 28th of Month. Working time is not fixed, somewhere it is 10-12 Hours but in Pune working time was not a issue.

There is no boundary on the things available to learn. But working hours are not flexible. You will get to roam lot of places depending upon your department.

Worst HR Department ever seen

You will be working for 12 to 14 hours a day minimum, no personal life, notice period 3 months , even i served 54 days of notice period and in full and final 36 days pay was recovered and still HR people didnt give me service certificate, and i have done all formalities still marked me absconding

Good , but work timings are too bad . It's like 8 to 8 job ,but the salary was good enough here. And the work u perform here was not so good. We can't learn new things here.

Best place for a hard working individual who earns to learn.

A typical working day included 9:00 am to 7:00 pm job. I was Business Unit Co-ordinator of MIS & Operations and was responsible for maintaining Sales, Invoice, Profit, Working capital, Cash flow and other financial data like ROCE, ROTE, labour productivity. In addition to this, self was responsible for maintaining relationship with client and the customer as our company is known for it' brand image and is known for high quality work with 100% customer satisfaction. The hardest yet enjoyable part of my job was to manage 16 projects worth 2200 Cr INR at the same time. Also, i was responsible for preparing budget for the upcoming financial year which was a tedious and a very sensitive task.

stressful, chaos filled, No Fun dull Environment

I learnt a bit of MS Excel. I Joined this company as Graduate Engineer Trainee and was promoted as Senior Engineer after one year. My takeaways include Excel, learning about various leak detection Equipments. I enjoyed the company of my colleagues but the work is very monotonous, routine and lacks challenges which leads to demotivation, frustration and sometimes even depression. The Management needs to treat its employees better and not act as though they own their employees.

Good Mentorship

It's all depends upon the boss who is assigned to you. If he is a good and like to be a mentor to you, you are in luck and you learn many things. I got good bosses and they treat me when i was a fresher very well and taught me the workings of field and company a lot.

Productive and fun work place

I learn how to work under pressure and sustain the load for achieving target as per schedule time. In under pressure, i learned making self decisions and gain knowledge as well as experience. I handled 5 no. Of contractors having around 200 manpower, this is a great task for me and i did very well........

In my current company I work from 8 am to 9 pm and doing both site job and documentation works. I learned how to achieve target on/before time, planning and safety is the vital part in construction industry. Its a well managed company with rules and regulations. The workplace culture is very rich as here i learned many things and get support from my colleague when i needed. The hardest part of this job is many times we have to work on Sunday, and to execute the job we have to interact with public directly . The type of job we doing is for the people and for development of our country so I am enjoying while doing the job.

Worst place to work at

No work-personal life balance. Management is useless and follow traditional approaches towards any sort of problem. You are not allowed to take leave. Evaluation is worst of employees. No fair means is adopted. Boot licking employees get top appraisal.
