And the organization's culture, facility and policy are very heavy. As we hear that l&t is number one company in the world then it is true because employees facalities and policies. But I want to work in my own native place. Organization should think about that.

Good but sad.

Salary on time, 28th of every month. Accomodation and mess facility provided. Construction life is difficult with 12hrs shift and 6 to 7 days week. No benefit for staff for holiday duty. Evaluation process needs improvement and reward scheme is so biased. Welfare system not upto the mark - as site Engineer, one may have to walk 5 - 10 Km per day due to lack of conveyance.

Forget you are a human and you have a personal life. Forget that there is a Sunday or any other holiday. No work life balance at all. Working hours start at early morning around 8:30 are till late night or till next morning.
