Here, everything depends on your boss. And all the bosses are mostly aged and sometimes do not listen to ideas from the next gen employees.But this is one of the best companies to learn a lot

good for initial learning, but full of politics and biased company. only managers gets recognized ,they will take all the credit, good design engineers suffers because of bad management and too much hierarchy. biased organization based on caste, creed, states.

Higher management of don't bothering the employees into the concern .Working culture worst fully political .If u not speak boldly they will send remote site work only .Pure management
