Work life balance is not there. Work life is very professional and Salary on time.It's difficult for married staff when they are posted at site due to timing.

I would say that L&T is absolutely a place to learn and implement all your skills and most convincing job i had through out my career. Management does recognize your talent/skills and is always open to you.

Work Hard

I worked in this organisation for a period of nearly 5 years. I was working very hard giving all my dedications for my works. I was noticed by the construction manager and the project manager for my efforts. However I was not given the desired appraisals because of management issues. Excluding that it was a good company to work in.

Very poor work culture / management. No time limits 7 days a week X 14hrs a day minimum. You only learn how to operate the EIP,no technical knowledge. Your seniors might tell you y don't you learn technical, but you wont get a time to learn the same. Appraisal totally depends on bell curve. Hardest part of the job is even if u r working for more than 12hrs a day then to you are not appreciated,upon that you are not appreciated for your efforts Most enjoyable part of the job - u get your salary on time.
